What shipping methods are available?

At Abby’s Tailoring, we use reliable and fast shipping services for all orders within the United States.

  • Shipping Fee: $8.00 per order
  • Shipping Area: United States only

Please note that we currently do not ship to U.S. military bases (APO/FPO addresses). We apologize for any inconvenience.


How long will it take to receive my package?

Orders are typically delivered within 5–8 business days within the United States.

Delivery times may be slightly delayed during:

  • Peak seasons
  • Holidays
  • Unexpected carrier delays

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.


Do you ship internationally?

At this time, Abby’s Tailoring only ships within the United States.

We currently do not offer international shipping.


What payment methods are accepted?

We currently accept PayPal as our secure payment method.

When placing an order, you will be redirected to PayPal where you can safely complete your payment using your PayPal account or supported credit/debit cards.


Is buying online safe?

Yes. Your security and privacy are very important to us.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties.
All payments are processed through secure payment gateways and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.


Can I change my order?

Unfortunately, orders cannot be modified once they are placed.

Before completing your purchase, please ensure all details are correct, including:

  • Product selection
  • Size or specifications
  • Shipping address
  • Quantity

We cannot guarantee changes after an order is confirmed.


Can I cancel my order?

Yes, orders can be canceled within 6 hours of placing them.

After this period, the order may already be in processing or shipping and cancellation may not be possible.

  • A 10% cancellation fee will be deducted from the total order value

Can I return or request a refund for my order?

Yes. Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Return shipping is covered only if the item is damaged or incorrect

What is the return policy timeframe?

Our return policy is valid for 30 days after delivery.

After 30 days, orders are considered accepted and are no longer eligible for return or refund.


I haven’t received my package. What should I do?

If your tracking status shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package:
