Processing Time

All orders placed on https://abbystailoring.com/ require 1–2 business days for processing before shipment.

During this time, our team carefully prepares, inspects, and packages your order to ensure it meets our quality standards.

If your order has not yet been shipped, it is still being processed. In case of unexpected delays, we will notify you via email.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery status.


Delivery Time

At this time, Abby’s Tailoring does not collect sales tax on orders.

However, customers are responsible for any applicable local taxes, customs duties, or import fees required by their region.


Shipping Delays

If your package has not arrived within 30 days, please contact us so we can investigate.

  • If the package is confirmed lost by the carrier → full refund will be issued
  • If delayed → our support team will assist within 24–48 hours

Tracking Issues

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package:

  • Check your mailbox and surrounding areas
  • Ask family members or neighbors
  • Contact the shipping carrier
