What shipping methods do you offer?

We use fast shipping service for all US orders.

  • Shipping cost: $6.95 for any order size
  • Note: We cannot deliver to US military bases

How long does shipping take?

5-8 business days for delivery within the USA

  • Delivery may take longer during busy seasons (holidays, sales events)

Do you ship outside the US?

No, we currently only ship within the United States.

I haven’t received my package. What should I do?

If tracking shows “delivered” but you don’t have your package:

  1. Check around your home – packages may be left in safe spots
  2. Contact the shipping company (details in your shipping email)
  3. Still no luck? Email us at [email protected]

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal only.

  • You’ll be redirected to PayPal’s secure payment page
  • Log in with your PayPal account to complete payment

Is it safe to shop online with you?

Yes, absolutely safe.

ORDERS & CHANGES

Can I change my order after placing it?

No exchanges allowed.

We ask you to confirm all details before checkout:

  • Size
  • Design
  • Quantity
  • Shipping address

We cannot exchange items due to customer selection errors.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, but only within 6 hours of placing your order.

Cancellation details:

  • Must cancel within 6 hours
  • After 6 hours, order may already be shipped
  • 10% cancellation fee applies to all cancelled orders

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Can I return items?

Yes, within 30 days of delivery.

What you can return:

  • Items that don’t fit
  • Items you no longer want
  • Wrong items we sent
  • Damaged items

How long do I have to return?

30 days from delivery date

  • After 30 days, no returns accepted
  • Order considered final after this period

Who pays for return shipping?

You pay return shipping costs

  • We cover original shipping refund
  • Return shipping is not refunded

How do returns work?

  2. Wait for approval (2-3 business days)
  3. Ship items back (only after approval)
  4. Get refund (2 business days after we receive items)
