When Can You Cancel?
- You have 6 hours after placing your order to cancel
- After 6 hours, your order may already be shipped
Cancellation Fee
- 10% cancellation fee applies to all cancelled orders

No Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges for:
- Wrong size selection
- Wrong design choice
- Incorrect shipping address
- Customer ordering mistakes
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Return Time Limit
- 30 days from delivery date
- After 30 days, no returns or refunds accepted
What Qualifies for Return?
We accept returns and provide full refunds when:
- Our Mistakes:
- Product arrives damaged or broken

- Wrong size sent
- Wrong design sent
- Different material than ordered
- Product doesn’t match description
- Your Change of Mind:
- Item doesn’t fit
- No longer want the item
- Ordered wrong product

❌ Worn or washed items ❌ Modified items ❌ Items without original tags ❌ Items with loose threads (easily fixable issues)

Step 2: Wait for Approval
- We respond within 2-3 business days
- Wait for return address and instructions
- DO NOT return items without our approval

- 10-15 days for refund to appear in your account
