When Can You Cancel?

  • You have 6 hours after placing your order to cancel
  • After 6 hours, your order may already be shipped

Cancellation Fee

  • 10% cancellation fee applies to all cancelled orders

No Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges for:

  • Wrong size selection
  • Wrong design choice
  • Incorrect shipping address
  • Customer ordering mistakes

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Return Time Limit

  • 30 days from delivery date
  • After 30 days, no returns or refunds accepted

What Qualifies for Return?

We accept returns and provide full refunds when:

  • Our Mistakes:
    • Product arrives damaged or broken

    • Wrong design sent
    • Different material than ordered

  • Your Change of Mind:
    • Item doesn’t fit
    • No longer want the item

  • Wait for return address and instructions

  • 10-15 days for refund to appear in your account
  • Full refund includes original shipping fee
