If Your Package is Late

If your package takes more than 30 days to arrive, we’ll refund your entire order.

General Delays

If your package is late, contact us and we’ll respond within 12 hours.

Package Shows “Delivered” But You Don’t Have It

  1. Check around your property (porches, mailboxes, with neighbors)
  2. Contact the shipping carrier using the information in your tracking email

Important: Email responses can take up to 48 hours. If your order ships within 48 hours of placing it, we may not be able to change the address.

International Orders & Customs

Customers are responsible for:

  • All customs duties and taxes in their country
  • Any fees charged by their local customs office

Package Refusal Policy

We are not responsible for duties, taxes, or customs fees if:

  • You refuse to accept the package
  • Multiple delivery attempts are made but the package can’t be delivered

In these cases, we reserve the right to cancel the order without providing a refund.
